AJ and Jordanne have arrived. They are from Cleveland, OH and just landed in Cuenca on Wednesday. We are delighted they have decided to serve in our hall (we did a little arm pulling.) Today was their first congregation meeting and all were happy to meet them. They both plunged in feet first and commented on the Watchtower. Very impressive. They are a great addition to our hall and we really appreciate the help. Who knows what adventures lay ahead?

Those are my peeps!
ReplyDeleteYes they are, but we are happy to adopt them now. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteexcellent!! very encouraging, I was just in Lima Bethel in January and saw friends from back in the early 80's, and I know what you mean when you said that we sure change... but just a little, we get wiser (hopefully) and oldy but goody because we look forward to the time when we'll receive our love ones back and we'll see ourselves get younger and over all Jehovah's name will be known all over the earth and ... I wish I was where the need is greater now than here at the office...
ReplyDeleteKeep them coming...

Kathy, thank you very much for your encouraging words. Not all of us can serve where the need is great, but we all can serve Jah wherever we live. We appreciate your prayer for us and we will keep you in ours.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your reply, keep the good work and here in our corner of the world (or island ... Long Island that is) we are trying to reach as many as we can, as the WT mentioned in yesterda's study we can follow examples of the kings that were faithful to Jehovah and made a difference in troublesome times
