In October, 1997, my husband Mark and I, decided to move to Ecuador. We settled in Cuenca, the third largest city. It is nestled in a valley surrounded by the Andes Mountain range. It has been an amazing aventure.

Our Little Vacation

August is a month of vacation for Ecuadorians and we decided to take a few days off and relax. We didn't have the resources to go anywhere long distance so we took some day trips. Here some of the things we did and saw.
